Return Policy

You have two options for exchanging or returning the products you purchased:

1. At our showroom, using your order number.
2. From your home, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Returns can only be made within 15 business days of purchase. Orders must be picked up from the showroom within 4 months of purchase. If they are not picked up, the products will be donated to Tribu Guazú, and no refund will be issued.
